Refund Policy

All sales of custom orders for InterTek interior products are FINAL.

InterTek carbon fiber parts are made to order, tailored to the customer's chosen material and finish. As these are custom items, all sales are final, and NO REFUNDS will be issued for these parts. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Lead times mentioned in descriptions are estimates based on material availability and order volume, and they may change. Extended lead times do not qualify for refunds.

New unused InterTek Intercooler Guards can be exchanged or returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee) within 14 days of the purchase date. Used intercooler guards will not be refunded; any returned used guards will be denied a refund and sent back to the customerAll InterTek carbon fiber parts include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
